1. Who we are

2. What the Service does
The Service builds discounted-cash-flow (DCF) and related analyses from public market data and from assumptions you and we choose. Outputs are illustrative models, not statements of fact about any security's value or future performance. Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter this agreement.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Pro costs $14.99 per month or $99 per year (or the price shown at checkout — see Pricing), billed in advance and auto-renewing each period until cancelled. Whatever price you subscribe at is the price you keep for as long as that subscription stays active; a change to the list price applies only to new subscriptions.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider (currently Dodo Payments) — which is the merchant of record: it is the seller shown on your receipt and card statement, and it collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT. If you subscribed through a provider we used previously, that subscription is still billed and managed there, and you cancel it there. We never receive or store your full card details.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds: 30 days, no questions asked. Ask within 30 days of a charge and we refund it in full. After 30 days, and except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no scraping at scale, reselling the data/output as your own product, attacking or overloading the infrastructure, reverse-engineering, or using it unlawfully.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms; material changes will be posted here. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing law
