Who we are
TickerWorth is run by REGROW PRODUCTS LLP ("we", "us"), of 19 Muktidham Society, Hirawadi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By using the site, or by making an account, you agree to these terms.
What this service is
TickerWorth is an educational research tool. It publishes estimates of what a business may be worth, derived from public filings and market data, together with the assumptions behind each estimate. It is not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and not a prediction of any price. TickerWorth is not a licensed investment adviser or broker.
Accuracy, and its limits
Every figure is a model output or a third-party data point and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Prices are delayed and are labelled as such wherever they appear. We publish the assumptions so you can judge them; we do not warrant that any of them is correct. Decisions you make with this information are yours.
Acceptable use
Use the site for your own research. Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, resell the data, or present our output as your own analysis. Accounts are personal; do not share credentials.
Subscriptions and cancelling
TickerWorth Pro is a subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account: you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. The price and any tax are shown before you pay, and refunds follow the policy shown on this page.
Liability
The service is provided as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, including any investment loss, that comes from using the site or relying on what it publishes, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

Changes to the model and to what we claim about it are recorded in the public changelog, which is append-only. Material changes to these terms will be announced there too.
