Questions
- Can I get a refund?
- 30-day refund, no questions asked. To ask for one, email hello@tickerworth.com. Payment is taken by Dodo Payments, the seller on your receipt.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, from Manage billing, with no call or email. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing renews after that.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- Your watchlist, portfolio and saved screens stay exactly where they are. Nothing you built is deleted — the Pro views on top of them are what pause.
- Is my card safe?
- Your card is saved by Dodo Payments. We never see or store the number.
